Visa on Arrival (VoA) – Ghana
Participants requiring a visa to enter Ghana can apply for Visa on Arrival through the Conference Secretariat.
Ghana’s VoA requires prior approval. Upon approval, an official letter will be issued, which you must present at Accra International Airport with your passport, Yellow Fever card, and return ticket to receive a 30-day single-entry visa.
Required Information for Submission
- Kindly upload the following through the Visa on Arrival registration portal:
- Scan of passport biodata page
- Flight itinerary
- Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or conference accommodation confirmation)
- Proposed travel dates
Upon Arrival in Ghana
- At Accra International Airport (ACC), you will be required to:
- Present your VoA Approval Letter
- Present your valid passport
- Present your Yellow Fever vaccination card
- Present your return ticket
- Complete the required arrival forms
- Pay the applicable visa fee (approximately US$200, payable at the airport)
- Upon completion, a 30-day single-entry visa will be stamped into your passport.

- Visa on Arrival approval is granted at the discretion of the Ghanaian authorities.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to begin the process well in advance of travel.
