Cancellation Policy
Registration and Fee Refund Policy
The organizing committee understands that circumstances may require cancellation of your registration. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to the official meeting contact address: info@wastewaterconferencegh.com.
1. General Registration Refunds (Attendee/Delegate)
Refunds will be processed based on the date the written cancellation request is received:

| On or Before [DATE 1: e.g., 60 days before meeting] | [PERCENTAGE: e.g., 90%] of the registration fee, less an administrative charge of [AMOUNT: e.g., GHC 50]. |
| Between [DATE 1] and [DATE 2: e.g., 30 days before meeting] | [PERCENTAGE: e.g., 50%] of the registration fee. |
| After [DATE 2] or Non-Attendance | No Refund will be issued. |
2. Exhibition/Sponsorship Fees
Due to the commitment of space and resources, cancellation terms for exhibitors and sponsors are stricter:
- All exhibition and sponsorship fees are [PERCENTAGE: e.g., 50%] refundable if written cancellation is received on or before [DATE 3: e.g., 90 days before meeting].
- Exhibition and sponsorship fees are non-refundable after [DATE 3].
3. Abstract/Paper Submission Fees
- Fees associated with abstract or paper submissions (if applicable) are non-refundable regardless of the acceptance status or date of withdrawal.
4. Transfers
- Registration transfers to another eligible party within the same organization are permitted at no additional cost. The request for transfer must be submitted in writing no later than [DATE 4: e.g., 7 days before meeting].
